Our Enrolment Procedure:

• Return this form with your deposit (at least $300 for the full course option or 25% of the total cost of the training program for other options). Our training programs are popular, so we recommend you do this as soon as possible to ensure a place on your nominated course. Your place can also be secured by noting your credit card details on the enrolment form. If your employer is paying for the course we will invoice them direct.
  
• We will confirm receipt of your enrolment form by telephone or mail.
  
• Your course coordinator will contact you personally during the week prior to the course commencement to address any learning needs you may have, confirm details and answer any questions. Please feel free to call earlier if you have any concerns relating to the course.
  
• Please note: you will be required to provide payment for the course in full on commencement unless you have made prior arrangements with us.

If, for any reason, you have concerns about your ability to participate fully and effectively in this program, please contact us as soon as possible. Our training programs are designed to be flexible and accommodating, and we will do whatever we can to assist your full participation.
